George is the Managing Partner at Brickstone & Associates, LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based CPA and Management Advisory Firm. A Certified Public Accountant, George brings over 30 years of expertise in business consulting and advisory services within the financial sector, specializing in digital banking, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on KYC, AML, and BSA protocols.

Beyond his financial expertise, George is also Tokenization Consultant, actively involved in the securitization of various Real-World Assets (RWA), where he leads initiatives to expand securitization efforts in real estate, oil and gas and renewable energy projects in Africa.

His consulting work spans strategic and technology planning, process improvement, payment systems, and fee income strategies, helping businesses optimize operations through advanced financial technologies.

George began his career in banking in Nigeria before transitioning into regulatory roles, serving as a Bank Examiner for the Texas Department of Banking. He later worked as a consultant for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a division of the U.S. Treasury, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, contributing to financial oversight and policy implementation.

George holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and attended the University of Baltimore and maintains his status as a Certified Public Accountant.

US Law Practice and US Politics

Through his own law practice between 1995 through 2007, Mr. Shah represented thousands of people and small and large corporations, allowing them to receive their immigration benefits in the United States.

Mr. Shah was also deeply involved with Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden during their presidencies and personally discussed and/or presented immigration proposals or discussed US-India policies with them. 

These vital US policy issues discussed one on one with the US Presidents included those pertaining to the H-lb Visa extension bill, the Green Card bill pertaining to an extension to the 245l filing period, an F-1 student visa recapture presentation and various discussions aimed at bolstering business and political relations between the US and India.   

Gurminder serves as a Strategic Advisor to Freedom Motors, Inc.. Dr. Khalsa utilizes his 30 years of experience in energy, power and mobility technologies to help guide the Company’s strategic direction and market expansion. His vast connections across Asia and the United States provide the Company with a solid foundation in the global marketplace and strongly position it for international adoption. 

Previously, Dr. Khalsa was Co-Founder and President of 7SEAS Bio-Industries Ltd, where he developed strategies for creating a vertically integrated bio-based industry company. As Founder and President of Transformative Capital Inc., he provided strategic, technology and financial advisory services, including advising fifteen U.S. state governors on renewable energy initiatives. With over 35 years of global relationships, his broad experience includes working with numerous technology companies with an emphasis on international finance, technology underwriting, alternative and private investments. 

Gurminder has engaged with various hedge and private equity funds in some USD$140 Billion of green energy investments. These include solar, wind, CNG, hydrogen, hydro-kinetics, geothermal and other new forms of integrated energy production.

He also served as Chairman of the International Green Technology Institute at UCLA, where he launched various programs to advance green technology leadership and innovation.

Mr. Khalsa received a master’s degree in behavioral economics from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside two Ph.D. degrees in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Geneva.

Currently Dr. Khalsa is working on developing roadmaps, strategies, solutions and services for businesses and entrepreneurs. He is Strategic and Climate Adviser to the Deputy Secretary General of ASEAN, MD of NewParadigm Capital Group and CEO of Climate Bonds Initiatives. He has major strategic capabilities for market access via capital and other partners.

Subhash is the CEO of Freedom Motors. He has over two decades of experience in the utility industry with extensive knowledge and expertise in Power Systems Engineering, Power Operations, Power Marketing, SCADA Operations, Information Technology, Substation Automation, Reliability Compliance, Physical and Cyber Security. Dr. Paluru is a former Department of Energy Senior Executive. Dr. Paluru oversaw and managed the Sierra Nevada Regional Office of Western Area Power Administration in Northern California. He has also served in several leadership roles in Information Technology, Power Operations, Critical Infrastructure, Reliability Compliance, Physical and Cyber Security. Dr. Paluru has also advised several large utilities in the area of Technology and Innovation in the power industry for improving the operation and modernization of North America’s power transmission grid. Dr. Paluru holds a PhD in Physics in the field of High Temperature Superconductors and its applications.
